Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Web3defender (the "Service"), including the website web3defender.tech, our Telegram bot, and any related web applications (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Web3defender is an automated informational and analytical tool for the cryptocurrency ecosystem. The Service provides:

• Risk analysis of cryptocurrency wallet addresses against public databases (sanctions lists, known fraudulent addresses, mixer activity, and similar signals);
• Smart-contract risk indicators for ERC-20 and similar tokens (honeypot detection, ownership issues, rug-pull signals);
• URL safety checks for crypto-related websites and decentralized applications;
• Premium tiers (Pro, Premium, Whale) with extended functionality available via paid subscription.

3. Eligibility

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Are not located in, or a resident of, any country, territory, or jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade sanctions;
• Will use the Platform in compliance with all laws applicable to you.

4. Account and Access

Access to the Platform is provided through the Telegram messaging service. Your account is automatically associated with your Telegram identifier when you first interact with our bot. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Telegram account and must not share access with any third party.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of terrorism, sanctions evasion, or fraud;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any servers, databases, source code, or systems;
• Generate automated load that exceeds reasonable use (scraping, flooding, denial-of-service);
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its data without an applicable paid plan that explicitly permits such use;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Platform;
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Web3defender, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from or relating to your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including but not limited to Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), public blockchain explorers, and various data providers. Web3defender is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of such services is governed by their own terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, source code, design, trademarks, and other materials on the Platform are owned by Web3defender or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted to you except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by ceasing all use and, if applicable, requesting account data deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always available at web3defender.tech/terms. Material changes become effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are provided on an international basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between you and Web3defender. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules.
