Terms of Sale

Effective: May 26, 2026

These Terms of Sale ("Sale Terms") govern the purchase of paid subscription plans on the Web3defender Platform. By purchasing a subscription, you accept these Sale Terms in addition to the general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Web3defender offers three paid subscription tiers, each valid for a fixed period of 30 calendar days from the moment of activation:

• Pro - 100 scans/day, single-wallet alerts, scan history.
• Premium - 300 scans/day, predictive risk analysis, up to 10 watched wallets, approval tracker.
• Whale - 1,000 scans/day, API access (coming soon), batch scan (coming soon), AI Concierge (coming soon).

Detailed feature comparisons and current pricing are published on the Platform.

2. Pricing

Subscription prices are denominated separately in each accepted payment instrument:

• The Open Network (TON): lowest fees, base price.
• Telegram Stars: base price plus a surcharge to offset platform commissions.

Web3defender reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Already-active subscriptions are not affected by subsequent price changes.

3. Activation

Activation of a paid subscription occurs automatically upon successful confirmation of payment:

• Telegram Stars: instant activation upon receipt of Telegram payment callback.
• TON direct payment: activation typically within 1-3 minutes after on-chain confirmation, provided the transaction comment matches the payment instruction issued to you.

4. Term and Renewal

Each subscription is valid for 30 calendar days. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. To extend access beyond the expiration date, you must initiate a new purchase manually.

5. Cancellation

You may stop using the Service at any time. Cancellation prior to the end of the 30-day period does not entitle you to a refund of the unused portion except as set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refund conditions are described in detail in the Refund Policy. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to those conditions.

7. Taxes

Prices displayed on the Platform are the final amounts due from you. Any applicable local taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction on the receipt of digital services are your sole responsibility.

8. Disclaimers

Paid features extend the same informational and analytical Service described in the Terms of Service. No paid feature provides financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All results remain automated and informational, and use of any output is at your sole risk.

9. Modifications

Web3defender may revise these Sale Terms at any time. The current version is always available at web3defender.tech/offer.
