Refund Policy
Effective: May 26, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions to Web3defender.
1. Eligible Refund Cases
A refund may be issued, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
- Technical failure on our side: the paid subscription was not activated, or its features were not delivered, due to a confirmed defect of the Service.
- Duplicate payment: you paid twice for the same subscription period, and our records confirm the duplication.
- Mistaken plan: you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, you contact us within 24 hours of payment, and no paid feature has been used.
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after using paid features (e.g., performed scans, viewed analysis results, configured alerts);
- You disagree with the analytical results returned by the Service (results are informational and not subject to satisfaction guarantees);
- Your subscription period has fully or substantially expired;
- You violated the Terms of Service and your access was terminated as a result;
- You experienced losses or missed opportunities as a result of relying on Service output (see disclaimers in the Terms of Service).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us using one of the methods below and include:
- Your Telegram username or the bot interaction that initiated the purchase;
- Date and time of payment;
- Plan purchased and payment method used;
- Payment confirmation: transaction hash (for TON) or Telegram payment receipt (for Stars);
- A clear description of the reason for the refund request.
4. Review and Decision
We will review your request and respond within seven (7) business days. The decision is made at the sole discretion of Web3defender based on the conditions of this policy. We may request additional information to verify the claim.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued in the original payment instrument whenever technically possible:
- TON direct payments: refunded in TON to the sending wallet.
- Telegram Stars: refund initiated through Telegram's standard refund flow. Final processing is performed by Telegram and may take additional time.
Network fees incurred during the refund transaction are deducted from the refund amount unless we determine the issue was caused entirely by Web3defender.
6. Time Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original payment date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or third-party payment dispute without first contacting us and exhausting good-faith resolution under this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any remaining subscription value.
